Waterpolo
LESSONS
The Waterpolo program is designed to introduce the swimmer to the basic skills and strategies of waterpolo. Participants will learn the rules of the game along with proper playing techniques.
Swimmers will develop new skills, build up their endurance and further their knowledge of the sport while training for weekly games.
This program includes teamwork, cooperation and decision making with the added bonus of improving fitness levels and swimming strokes.
Elements of water polo including game rules, ball handling, passing, dribbling, and shooting will be covered.

The water polo competes weekly against other A.L.P.S. pools throughout the season. At the end of the regular season, semi-finals and finals feature eligible teams.
